Storytelling for the AI age

Real stories told by real people to transform your company culture and communication

Why is storytelling important?

In today’s fast-moving, AI-saturated world, businesses are losing control of their narrative. Content is everywhere – but connection is rare. More and more, your people, clients and stakeholders are asking:

What do you stand for… who are you, really?

Authentic storytelling is no longer a nice-to-have. It’s how organisations align internally, stand out externally, and stay resilient through change. And in a world full of noise, people still connect with people.

We help you take back control of your story – inside and out. Not just the story you tell the world, but the stories you tell your teams – and the ones they tell each other.

This work is powered by a rare blend of skills: our deep experience in strategic PR, our network of purpose-led speakers and our in-house videographer. Together, they bring your values to life – with messages that move people, from the inside out.

This is a human-led, insight-driven journey for large organisations who want to reconnect with purpose, galvanise teams, and build reputation. We explore:

  • The stories you tell

  • How you tell them

  • And who you tell them to – whether that’s your employees, your clients, your industry or the wider world.

It’s storytelling with substance – a strategic, emotional and cultural asset that strengthens your culture and communications, improves your workplace culture, and helps you show up with clarity in an AI-driven world.

An introduction.

This package provides a new chapter for communication across your business – one that energises your people, engages your audiences and protects your reputation in an AI-driven landscape.

Through our unique combination of PR experts, writers, journalists, speakers and an in-house videographer, we help businesses adapt to this new era through a human-led storytelling strategy that strengthens internal culture and connects with customers.

How it works.

We guide you through a structured five-part process tailored to your business, people and priorities.

Chapter 1: Understanding your story.

A focused conversation to explore what you're really saying.

We start by listening. In person ideally, or online, with a high-trust, senior-level conversation, our in-house team of journalists, communications and PR experts ask questions to help you clarify what your organisation is currently saying – and how well that aligns with where you want to go. We’ll also share our insights on the communications and media landscape and the impact of AI. You’ll leave with a sharper view of your current narrative, a clearer sense of gaps and opportunities, and a solid foundation for next steps.

We explore:

  • What story do you think you’re telling?

  • How confident are you that people inside and outside are hearing the same thing?

  • Is your purpose coming through clearly and consistently?

  • Where do you see disconnects, challenges or missed opportunities?

We share our insights:

  • How stories benefit businesses across internal culture and external communications

  • The workplace culture challenges we help solve

  • The changing media landscape

  • The impact of AI content and AI search

This isn’t about filling in a brief. It’s about stepping back and getting perspective. You leave with:

  • A sharper view of your current narrative

  • A clearer sense of where the gaps and questions are

  • A shared foundation for the next stage of work

Chapter 2: Finding the stories that matter.

Uncovering what’s really happening – inside and out.

Now we go deeper. Our experienced story hunters – senior journalists, writers and PR professionals – explore how your story plays out across the business and how it's perceived in the wider world.

In person or online, we speak to a range of people – from team members and leaders to culture champions and quiet influencers. We uncover stories, voices and perspectives that rarely get surfaced – real voices in an AI age. This process provides powerful insights into what’s resonating, what’s being overlooked, and where your biggest opportunities lie.

At the same time, we research your external environment, looking at:

  • Sector trends and emerging narratives

  • How your competitors or comparators are positioning themselves

  • What’s being said in relevant trade and national media

  • The perception gaps between internal messages and external reputation

We explore:

  • What your people are really feeling and saying

  • Whether your purpose feels lived or distant

  • Where there’s pride, tension, disconnection or momentum

  • Key themes like wellbeing, inclusion, leadership, change and resilience

  • How your internal and external storylines compare

  • Where opportunities are being missed – or risks are being ignored

You’ll gain:

  • A deeper understanding of the human stories inside your business

  • Clarity on how you’re showing up in your sector and the media

  • Real content and voices to shape future communication

  • A stronger sense of what matters most to your people and audiences

Chapter 3: Shaping your story with strategy.

From insight to action – creating a strategy.

With these insights, we build a clear storytelling strategy tailored to your challenges, goals and culture. We’ll provide our recommended practical plan for reaching key audiences inside and outside the business, to ensure your story connects and inspires.

This includes key messages, narrative themes and content ideas you can use across channels – helping you speak with more confidence and consistency, and ensuring your story reflects both who you are now and where you’re going.

You’ll get:

  • A clear story structure for your organisation

  • Core themes, messages and tone of voice

  • Recommendations for how to tell those stories – from internal comms to social media, leadership briefings to events

  • A plan for who to tell them to – employees, clients, partners, media, or industry peers

  • Speaker recommendations to bring key topics to life: wellbeing, inclusion, purpose, leadership, change

Chapter 4: Shaping your story with strategy.

From insight to action – sharing your story.

We then implement the strategy, helping you to bring your stories to life across your business and audiences – through content including video, campaigns, events and purpose-led speakers who make your stories memorable. Whether it’s a team film, a launch or event, or a regular stream of content, we help make it happen. Our team brings energy, consistency and creativity to everything created – making sure it’s all grounded in your purpose and designed to feel human, authentic and true to your brand.

You’ll get:

  • Talks and sessions that energise teams, reconnect people with purpose, and inspire action

  • PR and earned media strategies to grow your presence and credibility

  • Support for internal storytellers – from leaders to line managers

  • Video content to bring your stories to life with more impact

  • Delivery support for selected elements as agreed – such as speaker events, media outreach or campaign execution

This isn’t about spinning stories. It’s about surfacing the truth, shaping it well and sharing it in ways that move people.

Chapter 5: Seeing what changes

Measuring the effect of a stronger story.

We are constantly evaluating, testing and learning, to help you measure the difference. This is an ongoing process as we work together, From cultural energy to media impact and business outcomes, we revisit your teams, gather feedback and track results. This shows the real value of a stronger story – and helps you decide where to take it next. Together, we define what success looks like – and build in ways to measure it. That might include internal feedback, surveys or media tracking, depending on what your goals are. But you’ll always get clear insights and recommendations as we move forward.

We speak to teams again, gather feedback, and reflect on:

  • How aligned your teams feel

  • What’s improved in internal engagement or leadership clarity

  • Shifts in tone, confidence and cultural energy

  • Media wins or visibility gains

  • Signs of business impact – retention, sales, trust

This helps you show the value of the work, and decide where to go next.

Optional: Be ready for a crisis.

Protect your reputation when it matters most.

In today’s world, crises can happen fast – and misinformation spreads faster. Being caught off guard is a risk no serious organisation can afford.

Reputation isn’t just about reacting. It’s about preparing – and knowing who will speak, what you’ll say, and how to lead with calm, credible messaging.

We help you:

  • Identify and train the right spokespeople across leadership and comms

  • Develop clear, honest messaging for different types of crisis – whether internal, reputational, social or operational

  • Map possible scenarios, risks and storylines before they unfold

  • Build a simple, human response plan that supports both people and brand

  • Run training sessions, simulations and workshops to test readiness

  • Provide live, on-call support when a crisis does happen

The benefits? Quicker recovery, greater trust, reduced confusion, and leadership that feels real and human under pressure.

This work gives you peace of mind. Because when the moment comes, the story you tell – and how you tell it – will define what comes next.

Every organisation is different – and so are the challenges they face. We tailor each engagement based on scope, ambition and availability.

Timescales and investment.

As a guide:

  • Most projects tend to take 3 months or more from start to finish

  • Pricing starts from £35,000 + VAT, ranging upwards with the addition of bespoke elements such as speakers and video content depending on scale and delivery

  • Additional Crisis Communications support starts from £10,000 + VAT

All details are confirmed in discussion with you – to ensure we shape the right story, in the right way, for your business.
